Discord transcript
We provide assistance in a variety of ways. We aim to do this structurally so that we can help you the quickest and best way possible. In rare situations, we may request a Discord transcript file from you.
What is it?
When you have made a ticket in the Discord server using the ticket system, the entire transcript (your conversation) will be sent to you directly by the Tickettool bot.

This transcript-ticket-[num].html file can be downloaded using the download icon on the right.
When will I require it?
In most, if not all, circumstances, you will be required to supply this transcript file when submitting a ticket on the website. We’ll need to see that you made every attempt to get things operating, which may be demonstrated by this transcript file.
We’ll be able to see what was spoken about, what you attempted, and what the technical staff recommended. This serves as the foundation for decisions on refunds, credits, and replacements.
